Audience
This project will generate previously unavailable
information that will enhance understanding of fundamental issues central to the effective
design of risk management educational programs. Audiences for this information are:

- Risk management educators including extension personnel,
secondary and post-secondary educators, and risk management professionals within the crop
insurance, commodity futures, and agricultural credit industries.
- Designers of risk management instruments within the RMA,
futures industry, and agribusiness.
- Designers and providers of risk analysis decision aids and
software.
Because the study will provide information for various
regions and producer groups, we expect to find some results that are broadly applicable
and other results that are particularly useful to those interested in specific sub-groups
of producers.
